We still have some tickets to give away to the Stardust Circus at the Blacktown Showground this weekend. We have -
Friday 7pm - 8 double passes
Sunday 11am -1 double pass

Tickets will be awarded on a first come first serve basis and we'll confirm with you ASAP as a reply message and private message.

Tomorrow is World Whistling Day - So at 9am, we'll be playing the Whistlers - songs with whistling in them.
A day to celebrate the whistling of your favourite tune!

The Stardust Circus is coming to Blacktown Showground from September 6 and we have a stack of double passes to give away!

15 double passes for Friday 6th September - 7pm.
5 double passes for Saturday 7th September- 3pm
5 double passes for Saturday 7th September - 6pm
10 double passes for Sunday 8th September - 11am

To enter -
In the comment box, tell us which day and time you'd like to go, if you win - Friday, Saturday 3pm, Saturday 6pm or Sunday. If you're fine with any day and time, type in 'any day', or just let us know the days you're able to go in the comment box.
Your name will be entered in up to all four draws, depending on the days you indicate.
Entries close Monday Sunday 2nd September, 8pm.

TV talk show host Phil Donoghue has passed away at the age of 88. Beginning his TV program in Dayton, Ohio in 1967, it was then syndicated around the world from 1970 and was seen on Australian TV.
Donoghue's program was the first of its kind, with live guests, audience participation and call-in's from viewers.

Yesterday, Wilmo caught up with Royce Simmons at Oran Park. Royce is currently embarking on "Royce's Big Walk" - a 300km walk around Greater Sydney to raise money for research into dementia.
Royce will conclude his walk today, starting from Bringelly and arriving at BlueBet Stadium in Penrith, just in time for Panthers vs Storm game at 8pm.
Be sure to give Royce and his crew a wave if you pass them today!

It was on this day 40 years ago - August 8, 1984......
Drive-In Cinemas located at Parklea, Kingswood, Warriewood, Fairfield and Matraville screened their final movies before closing down.

📷 From the Penrith City Library archives, the Kingswood Drive In, opened in 1966. The land served as a driveway for UWS in the 1990's/2000's. Today, it's the site of Caddens Corner Shopping Centre.
