Ask around your local area/shops

NOTE -- There have been cases of people claiming animals that are NOT rightfully theirs. They may be doing this because the animal is of a very sort-after breed (OR WHO KNOWS WHY REALLY!!)
If you find an animal PLEASE be very careful with who you hand them over to. WE ADVISE you ask for specific information from the person trying to claim before they view the animal. They should be able to offer a description, a time and location lost, (if you have given this info out already then ask about unique behavior or markings) or a photograph of their pet. LUCKILY, most people are honest :) so do not be disheartened. Being aware, and knowing what to do will help prevent this kind of thing from happening. Thank you for reading :)
