HOUSE ● OF ● GAIA

This shoot was pure magic. I couldn't imagine better suited: lighting, models, and styling for the stunning House of Gaia jewellery.

I took a leap of faith going to a location that I'd never formally shot at before (Brisbane City Botanic Gardens). Boy! Did it pay off. Exploring the new surroundings (new-ish, I had studied at the campus before) made for boundless creativity.

Malithi (, ) is our incredible Stylist. Boasting many accolades, we are privileged to be taking on Malithi. She is our new kid on the block in 2025 and we can’t wait to see her amazing styling work in these years to come!

For Malithi, her styling practice is a harmonious blend of character analysis and being a people person; she wants to ensure that whatever she chooses most importantly embodies the essence of the model, whilst also being comprehensive with the theme of the shoot.

Slaying Jewels ( ) is our beautiful Jewellery Designer of 1/1 Wearable Art. She is completely a creative soul who makes masterful pieces in all kinds of jewellery but our favourite is always the necklaces. She has worked with us in 2024 and we have now officially brought her on in 2025 as our resident jewellery expert.

“I love to experiment with incorporating multiple styles and techniques into pieces. This results in chainmail inspired techniques, gemstone setting and stringing and other inspirations weaving together.“

I took some self portraits (shock and a gasp) and couldn't get past this one. It felt so human to me. The soft focus, my eyes. It really feels so real.

The Real Faces Project is one close to my heart. It encapsulates the experience of being a woman. Bringing so many women together to create something wonderful is something rare and to be treasured.

Sorry, I've been a bit absent from posting recently...I've been starting a new job and new direction in my career as a result! I am so grateful as to where I'm being led at the moment. It's truly a trust thing, and I love it.

ZARA

This shoot was a journey. Zara really became the role of 'discontent maiden that has gone to the woods to find herself'

When I saw Zaras corset on my stories, I just knew I had to shoot with her again! She's come such a long way since her first photoshoot with me and shows up anyone who says otherwise!

Maddie is like the mascot of Unfettered Studios at this rate 🤣 but I love her amazing talent for it! I tried to use my flash (with varying results, lol) to create a deep separation between subject and background. It was a great idea. My flash just decided it wasn't going to cooperate. BUT we got some great snaps anyway! As we always do ❤️✨️
