With talk of a PE backed consortium in the "final stages" to save the Melbourne Rebels with a $30m injection and a link with the A League's Western United, we're stoked that it seems there's light at the end of the tunnel.

That said, unless RA funding increases to cover most of the salary cap, or the salary cap shrinks, the money will run out again at some point.

Essentially, we need a better broadcast deal.

Joining him every week is Richard Blanch AKA Chips, a man whose love for scrummaging is surpassed only by his love of UberEats and giving one star ratings to delivery drivers that don’t follow every step of his five step delivery “guidelines”. And yes, the fifth step is feeding him like a little baby bird.
