Let's talk about apps I use every day!

Here is the top 6 apps I use daily! Hopefully, this might help you and your business develop structured systems!

1. Xero
This is my invoicing and accounting app! It keeps me up to date with all of my expenses as well as with all of my client invoicing!

2. Google Calendar
I put everything in here. From content planning, meeting schedules, task due dates and client bookings. I have this on my phone, iPad and computer so it is always up to date and being monitored!

3. Lightroom
This is my default photography editing app. I use it for every photo I need to edit. I have been using it since I started and have established my editing style which helps me with consistent branding and look across my work. To help with this, I have saved some edits as presets and adjust these per photo!

4. Adobe Acrobat
I didn't put it in but I generate my contracts in Adobe InDesign. But I don't use it daily, and when I do it is only to update little details. I say this because once I export from InDesign, I use acrobat to send out my contracts for signing. It is super convenient and easy to use and it also keeps everything streamlined and digital.

5. Adobe Illustrator
I use this to create PDF designs like brand guidelines as well as design specific social media graphics that I just can't do on canvas.

6. Canva
This is used to design powerpoint displays as well as 90% of my social media graphics!

Don't stop working towards your dream client!

Although I do understand sometimes it's hard to come up with new content and to keep your feed interesting and not just looking 'the same.'

Here are some fun ideas to keep you going:

📸 Behind the scenes! Show your clients what goes on behind the image of social media or behind the shop front!

📸Reels! Reels are hard to think of sometimes, but if you have a good idea, make sure you film it and post it! make the most of reels. They are a fun and different way to deliver your messages!

📸Think of your dream client when planning content! Make sure it's relevant to them.

📸New products and services! tease them out, don't just launch them straight away, keep your ideal client in suspense a little bit and then launch it with the built up anticipation!

Keep this in mind next time you're planning your monthly content.
