In our modern, fast-paced world, finding ways to relax and rejuvenate our minds and bodies has become increasingly crucial. A recent study by Creating Wellbeing: Attitudes and Engagement with Arts, Culture and Health has shown that 89 per cent of people believe that colouring in has improved their mental health and 70 per cent believe that it has a positive impact on their physical health.
