Did you hear about how epic Dungowan Day Out 2.0 (DDO 2.0) was? Well, if you didn’t, you should know that’s exactly what it was – EPIC!
The sun was out, the weather was balmy, the atmosphere was awesome, and everyone was having a great time in the stunning Dungowan valley.
Ben Lee himself said he couldn’t believe he hadn’t been to the region yet. He was blown away by how stunning the New England North West is – and we couldn’t agree more!
A big shoutout to Dungowan Day Out for having us as your media partner! We’ve loved every moment, and seeing you put together not one but two sell-out events in one year has been nothing short of awe-inspiring! We can’t wait to see what you do next.
In the meantime, enjoy these happy snaps from DDO 2.0 🫶🏻

Lowbrow art, also known as pop surrealism, kicked off in the late 60s and early 70s in Los Angeles, California. Often referred to as underground art, this style of art rebels against traditional rules, drawing its inspiration from underground comix, punk music, hot rod, surf and skate culture.
Now we’ve covered the basics, it’s time you meet Coffs-based artist Aidan Jarvis who currently has an exhibition at the Yarrila Arts and Museum @yam.coffs in Gordon Street, Coffs Harbour. Aidan’s exhibition is on until Sunday, so if you love nothing more than to support local artists expressing themselves through underground art, then you’ll love The Lowbrow Art by Aidan Jarvis.

Good news in, folks!
After bushfires wiped out the Ebor Falls viewing platform in 2019, the area was closed for some time while it underwent upgrades. Re-opening in May of this year, Ebor Falls is now looking schimcker than ever with two new viewing platforms, extended walking tracks, picnic areas and visitor facilities. The perfect place for a day of exploring with a BYO lunch, this Guy Fawkes National Park waterfall is now open for business!
Make sure you check it out next time you stop in Ebor, only a three-minute drive from the town’s centre, Ebor Falls is easily accessible, wheelchair friendly, breathtaking, and 100% worth a visit.

Highway of Lost Hearts – a Lingua Franca production by award-winning Darwin playwright Mary Anne Butler – will be at Capitol Theatre Tamworth on 4 June 2024.
If stories of country, heartache, healing and self-discovery are your cup of tea, you’ll need tickets to this one – stat!
And so the tale goes... one morning, Mot (the story’s protagonist), wakes to find her heart is missing. Deciding to look for it, Mot and her dog set out on a journey along the Highway of Lost Hearts, a road that takes them deep into the Australian Outback. Encountering desert scapes, ancient mountains, fires, flood, salt lakes and mysterious waters filled with lost souls, Mot’s journey makes you ask yourself “If you lost your heart, how far would you go to find it again?”
With live music by Bathurst-based duo Smith & Jones, made up of keyboard player and vocalist Abby Smith and guitarist and vocalist Sophie Jones (originally from Tamworth), acting as companion to Mot on her 4500km journey, Highway of Lost Hearts is a tale for a country that’s lost its heart, and it’s not to be missed!
Tickets available on @capitol.theatre.tamworth’s website or at the link in bio.
