I was never a creative person until motherhood happened. It seems like yesterday when I made the first e-invite, and now I just finished the fourth one. Planning this one is hard because of the season and a new chapter for our family. Good thing we have established birthday traditions, and we are decided on not giving him a party (because we are raising him in the most minimalist way possible.) But, we still have a theme and he gets to blow his birthday cake candle with the closest and the dearest (Apo chose the theme and cake design last year, and he just made up his mind for this year. Finally, I can place an order 😅).

Lesson: The years are indeed short. 🥹

Saturday Storytelling with Apo… 📚🦖🦕 He made up stories based on the pictures in his Dinosaur counting book and recorded himself in his iPad. I made sure he was covering his eyes (this Mama is tired of editing his face in videos.. LOL) I took a behind the scenes angle supposed to be for a reel, but this complete version is better. PS: Please do not reupload/steal a child’s work.

While waiting for Papa to claim his PRC documents, Apo and I were into sea creatures (puzzle, sequence, numbers). The beauty of unschooling is being able to follow the child’s interests and learning together (intentionally) everywhere. 🎥 April 2023 #OurLearning #IntentionalParenting
