I have SOOOOO much to say on this topic and often get on my soapbox about people who procrastinate too long, believing they own tomorrow.

It’s called the present because it is a gift. 🎁

Regret is a horrible feeling. 😞

I would rather take a chance and put it all on the line, than sit back and wonder 💭.

🤔 Do you ever wonder how you ended up where you are today? I do. Quite often in fact.

How did I get here…

Early 50s. Married over 30 years. 5 kids. Grandkids. Businesses. Travelling.

I’m over half way and there is still so much to do. ⏰

I’m a few blocks away from an area that is known for child exploitation. Breaks my heart 💔

I ask myself. Am I doing enough.

Could I do more? Probably. 🤔

I’m never one to say ‘when I have more I’ll do more’. I have more than the ones I’m trying to help right now. I have enough.

I never want to forget my Y.

Giving voice to those young girls that don’t have one. That’s the impact I want to make.

The ripple effect I want to leave behind.

Honestly, it’s been the hardest project of my life 😩

For over 18 months now (or maybe longer) I’ve been working on this.

It’s taken literally every ounce of energy, knowledge and finances I’ve had. Every bit of it.

It’s brought tears. Frustrations. Let downs. No shows. Ghosting. (I mean come on people, ghosting is so 2020!). It’s had me on my knees more than once.

But every time I wanted to pull the pin ( and there have been a few times!) something moves me forward. I get feedback from one of our authors. Small signs from the universe would shine through. Enough to fuel the small fire that was burning. Enough to keep me going a little longer to reach this point.

The point now where our authors are submitting their pages.

My gosh I’m glad I kept going. Now I’m in tears 😭

Their words are piercing my heart.

Their inspiration is palpable.

They have been me and I have been them.

Moments they share when they have been on their knees and what they did next. 🤯

The rawness. The strength. The courage. The persistence. The mastery.

Oh. My. Goodness.

Maybe I never fully saw what this coffee table book could be. I mean I created the concept and had a vision but honestly, the rest was blue sky hopes and dreams it could be this good. That’s the gods honest truth.

Yet nearly 40 strangers (some ex clients but mostly strangers) saw something in my phone call ramblings to put their name to this coffee table masterpiece.

And for that I will be eternally grateful.

This will be my publishing swan song if you will. I never like to say never so don’t hold me to this 😜 BUT this will be the last printed book I produce with others.

I’m going out on a high note.

In Times Square.

In New York City.

With 40 of the most exceptional human beings standing beside me. Or actually. Me standing beside them. They are the heroes here.

Because this book will be the envy of coffee tables EVERYWHERE 💥

As submissions role in this month, it’s been interesting hearing from people I spoke to over a year ago asking if they can still jump in.

They must be feeling the energy, as I haven’t shared anything about this project for a while 🤔

You see, when something is simply a vision, some can’t see the finished picture. When you mix that with momentum and real life using heroes, you become a magnet 🧲

Use this journey to inspire you to dream MEGA big.

Use this journey to never ever QUIT.

Use this journey to create something that you truly believe in.

I’m so glad I did.

I fell into the trap for years and it took me a while to come out of it. I bet many of you did as well 😔

We fell into the fear cycle. The one that gets wheeled out to make us think and act in a way someone else wants us to. Often it’s other brands wanting us to make a quick buying decision that we will regret the next day.

I doubted myself and thought I couldn’t achieve anything unless I bought XYZ! Sound familiar?

But my friend. You are more than enough. In fact, you don’t need anything else to create the level of success and life by design that you want. Right now. It’s all within you.

All you need is the right mindset and a supportive network. That’s all I needed. Oh and some time off over the holidays to realise that I can achieve my goals that I set for myself.

And do you know what…

All the hype about making a million dollars or helping you get to your first 10k month or 100k month etc etc will only work if it’s what YOU actually want.

Maybe that’s not your goal. Maybe you want to earn 7k a month, or 83k a month, or 400k a month. It’s always better to create your own goal and then find a community that can shine the light on you and tell the world about it. It’s more aligned. It’s more congruent and it’s more achievable.

Otherwise you’re signing up to be a copycat of someone else and their goals and dreams. I know that’s not what you want. It wasn’t what I wanted either.

Your deepest desire is to be seen and heard and to have your work reaching those who need it the most.

I know that’s the case for our clients in our coffee table book. That’s probably why I adore them so much. Many of them have been with me for more than a year and now we are nearly ready to slide into production and the excitement is building in me.

Finally I’ll get to see the vision I’ve held in my head and heart come to life. And so will my clients. It’s time to bring this baby home!

So my friend, whatever your goal is, ensure to create your life by design and then search far and wide for a tribe of people who will cheer you on, lift you up and tell the world about you and the work you are called to do.

This is when we can truly live a life of impact and find joy in every moment.

Today is my first ‘unofficial’ day in the office for 2024 and I wanted to take a moment to thank you all for being in my life and supporting me and the many projects I’ve had over the past 15 years. And there’s been a few.

This year we are focused on one and one only. That IMPACT coffee table book. 💥

My clients deserve all of me and they shall have it.

The road has been bumpy, riddled with challenges and so much travel! Numerous calls, conferences and emails. This is what it takes to bring this historic project to life. It’s far more than just another compilation book. In fact, it’s nothing like it!

Many have not seen the vision and that’s ok, as this is only for a select group of people who want to be associated with an incredible project like this for many, many years to come. It takes courage to put your hand up and be seen globally in this way and you need to be ready.

So my friend, let’s kick the fear based thinking, embrace the new and unknown and plug yourself into a tribe of people who are tuning out to the goings on in the world and tuning into what they can control and change and making their corner of the world the best they possibly can.

That’s a world I want to be part of.

It’s time… holiday time 🏝️

What. A. Year.

So many incredible moments. 🙏

And yet one of the hardest I’ve experienced in business.

So grateful to have met some unique human beings this year.

So many lessons.

So much travel.

So many family moments missed whilst away 😢

As I sit in stillness for a few weeks, I will find gratitude for the life by design I’m living. Although at times, it’s been unbearable.

It will be worth it.

It is worth it.

But for now.

I’ll be MIA for a bit.

It’s time to heal, rest, reset and resurface.

2024 will be impactful. In so many ways.

I’ll pop back on Christmas 🤶 day to send my wishes to all I love. ❤️

Always take time out for you. It’s critical for your own mindset, so you can emerge as your best self.

Thank you for being in my life in whatever way you are.

Gratitude. 🥹 I’m filled with immense gratitude. Let me tell you why…

This week I’m resting after 7 months away and 3 months working hard in the US and as I sat quietly today in reflection, I have so much to be grateful for.

Did everything go to plan? No.

Does everything always go to plan? Of course not. What I am grateful for is that I’ve been able to meet some incredible people, hold some beautiful conversations, met some iconic leaders on my travels, stay safe, healthy and well and most importantly, move our impact book closer to becoming a reality.

And as I always share transparently, we’ve had some though times as well. Sadly some clients have gone through some horrible things and it creates a ripple effect. But what I always revert back to is this… and maybe it will help you too.

When you wake up and focus on the big impact you are here to make, the universe will back you. Always. It may show up differently than your plan. Later than you expect or wrapped in different packaging, but the universe will never leave you hanging. 🙏

Continue to believe. Trust. And do the work. And always stay grounded and focused on your goal.

A photo I will treasure until I meet Oprah Winfrey again. Hopefully one day soon. This photo has refuelled my vision for the future. My drive to create a community of impact makers. My commitment to our coffee table book and documentary.

Oprah loves books and has her own Oprah's Book Club that I hope will showcase our ‘IMPACT book’ one day.

I hope she agrees to endorse our book as it will impact millions of lives and rescue trafficked children through our partnership with Destiny Rescue.

When people come together to create a life by design, anything is possible.

I’m ONLY sharing this for one reason and one reason only and please hear me well… 👂

Life is a choice. If I can make all of this happen through choosing to leave everyone I love (except Russ of course) and chase my dream of freeing trafficked children, while showcasing clients in a gorgeous coffee table book, imagine what you can do when your why is bigger than your fear.

When you lead with your heart, people show up to support you. I have so many people offering help and support and telling me that they are ALL IN with our projects because they see the impact it will have on humanity.

Those who think this is just another book are sorely mistaken. And will truly miss this lifetime opportunity.

It’s nothing like a compilation book in fact, it’s being dubbed the rebel on the shelf for a reason.

Maybe it’s time you find out why.

All the work we’ve done is about to blow up, as we will soon be announcing a big name endorsing our book and those who understand the value of power of association will be banging our door down to get into these projects.

Trust me. It’s happening. Any minute now.

So my friend, lead with your heart and also trust it. You know you are more than your current reality and you also know you are meant to be part of something creating this level of global impact.

I just have to say it…

We’ve had the best week!!!! 😀

Our 2nd week on tour.

And I think island life is agreeing with us.

Business is flourishing.

My man and I are getting lots of quality time.

The eating part of our EAT 🥘FILM🎥 WRITE✍️ tour is …well going very well. Too well. My clothes are shrinking 😂

The filming part is also going very well with a new TV docuseries being birthed and more podcasts filmed.

And the writing part… Russ is about to start officially offering his ghostwriting services. ✅

So all in all. We are in bliss.
