The cause that’s closest to our hearts 💙

is an Australian not-for-profit organisation dedicated to tackling the root causes of extreme poverty in developing countries. Through clean water, education, and health initiatives, we work alongside communities, not for them, to create sustainable, life-changing impacts.

What started as a simple decision to donate a percentage of our profits to this beautiful charity has grown into something bigger than we could have ever anticipated.

Becoming a co-director alongside the brilliant founder, and running the OpEducation initiative is something I still pinch myself over. It is quite literally a dream come true and is a privilege to play a small part in making such a huge impact through the work we do.

From clean water operations that save lives, to education initiatives that open doors for the next generation, every step we take with Opblue is a step towards breaking the cycle of poverty, one community at a time.

And, guess what? We’re headed back to Africa in less than 2 weeks, so watch this space for plenty of updates headed your way! 🌍✨

We’re getting in early to wish the one and only the happiest 30th birthday! ✨

Our chief visionary, and all-around powerhouse turns the big 3-0 this Sunday, and we couldn’t let it pass without celebrating her. Fallon is the kind of person who dreams big and then makes it happen, whether it’s growing this business to a now team of 7, creating impact through , or bringing people together with her contagious energy and heart of gold.

Her work ethic is unmatched, her passion is inspiring, and her ability to turn ideas into reality is nothing short of magic. We are beyond blessed to have a boss, mentor, and friend who leads with kindness, creativity, and a whole lot of heart.

Fallon, we hope your weekend is filled with all the love, laughter, and well-deserved celebrations!

It’s moments like this that remind us why we do what we do, and why we’re so passionate about what we’re building in partnership with Opblue 🤍

These gorgeous children are from Esonorua Primary School, who were just gifted new bags and uniforms, all thanks to the incredible support of our regular Opblue donors.

OpEducation is a new initiative that I’m incredibly grateful to be driving through Opblue, where today, we proudly support over 60 children. This support gives them the opportunity to go to school and to simply be a child - to learn, to laugh and to play. While it seems like such a simple thing, it’s something they wouldn’t have had without the support of Opblue and the donors who make it all possible.

We are so proud to partner with Opblue and be working alongside this beautiful organisation to help drive positive change like this. And watch this space, because a trip to Kenya to visit these beautiful kids is on the near horizon and we can’t wait to share more with you!

2024 was an incredible year for OpBlue, and we’re beyond proud to be a part of it.

From monitoring past water projects, to supporting 60+ children through our OpEducation initiative, to working on some exciting new health partnerships – the progress is real!

and I were lucky enough to travel to Africa earlier this year, and we’re planning another trip in the not-so-distant future. Every step we take is one step closer to breaking the cycle of poverty, and we couldn’t do it without the support of everyone involved.

It’s hard to believe it’s been nearly five months since Jack and I were in Africa! It’s been an absolute whirlwind in every possible way since coming home, where we’ve made huge strides in all of our operations and in particular, my passion project - OpEducation 🤍

Today, we’ve partnered with three schools in Kenya, and as of January, we’ll officially be supporting 70 children, providing education, clothing, stationary and most importantly, the opportunity to simply be a child.

With passion comes a sense of purpose, and I am so incredibly blessed to be able to help change these beautiful children’s lives through OpEducation.

Over 170 lives have been lost, and almost 200,000 people are now displaced and vulnerable to waterborne diseases as the flooding across Kenya continues to cause devastation. The scenes of destruction in Nairobi are heart-wrenching, where families are forced to flee their homes, seeking refuge in community centres.

We are beyond proud of our team on the ground in Kenya, who are working day and night to provide support and life-saving assistance to those in greatest need.

But we can’t do this alone… We’re putting all our fundraising efforts into supporting this disaster relief work, and would love your support to help us reach more vulnerable families and offer them hope in the face of unimaginable devastation.

98 million…

The devastating number of children between the age of 5-16 in Sub-Saharan Africa who aren’t able to attend school.

Education and poverty are inextricably linked, and sadly, it is an essential part of childhood that is denied to millions.

We work to change that narrative. One child, and one sponsorship at a time.

These children have so little, yet their smiles are some of the biggest you’ll ever see, regardless of their circumstances. And with grins this big, you can’t help match their infectious energy 🤍💙

Over 785 million people globally lack access to clean drinking water…

It’s a heart-wrenching reality, and was the reason that was founded; to provide underprivileged communities with access to the basic human right of clean water.

Founded by the OpBlue projects have already reached and changed the lives of hundreds of thousands of people in greatest need, decreasing waterborne diseases while immeasurably increasing the overall quality of live.

We believe in a future where no one is denied the right of clean water, education and basic healthcare, and our impact to date is only just the beginning…

It is these beautiful faces that fuel our passion and keep us pushing for change. ✨

It might sound cliché, but I firmly believe that everything happens for a reason, and with my hand on my heart, I can safely say that a solo trip to Africa in 2018 completely changed my life and led me to both, starting Fallon & Co and working with OpBlue.

As an Australian-based charity, we work predominantly in Kenya to distribute water filters to communities in greatest need, as well as our newest operation, starting a preschool in the heart of Kenya.

Today, as a business we are proud to support the work of OpBlue, and I’m incredibly grateful to be one of the Directors and the OpEducation Coordinator.

Life often takes you places you never would have dreamed of, and the opportunity to work with likeminded and passionate people to change the trajectory of children and families through OpBlue is an opportunity I’ll forever count my lucky stars for.
