The time has come that we know many of you will have been dreading… It’s with mixed emotions that we share that The Mums Edit’s Podcasting journey has come to an end.

You’ve been with us through breakups and breakdowns, pregnancy announcements, births and postpartum, and the beautiful rollercoaster that is life.

But please don’t stress! We are SO fu***ng excited to put all of ourselves into continuing our relationship with you all on our social platforms, where we can breathe fresh life and connection into this space. This chapter feels very refreshing and incredibly aligned.

Our community means everything to us, and we are forever grateful for the love and support you’ve show us. We appreciate your understanding and trust us, want to stay with us in the next chapter of the adventure that is TME!

This morning, we are grieving a loss to the world and the TME community. We are absolutely broken to learn that first time mum and TME follower, Ash Good, has died in the hospital after desperately trying to save her daughter’s life in Sydney.

They were both stabbed by a stranger at Bondi Junction Westfield, and she was able to hand her baby to 2 strangers as she fought for life.

Hours before, Ash posted a video to her Instagram of her precious baby Harriet smiling in her car seat. A beautiful, innocent mother and baby, going for a trip to the shops like so many of us always do. There are just no words.

5 other innocent people have also lost their lives in the random attack, with 12 others in hospital. Please pray for all affected in this terrible tragedy. We are so sorry Ash 😭😭😭😭

And she’s now under her first general anaesthetic, grommets going in as we speak 🥹 It’s different for everyone, but Luna and I were both really calm. She didn’t cry or struggle once, just had the mask over her face while I sang her songs about the magic fairy dust letting her fall asleep 🥹 It helps that she’s an extremely placid baby - if this was Rosie it would be a very different story 😅

I realised recently the trauma of infertility (secondary infertility for me) never really leaves you, even when your rainbow baby arrives. When Luna came earthside, I couldn’t actually believe she was here, she was alive, that we had made it to the other side.

I kept waiting for the “shoe to drop”, like something was going to go wrong and take her away from me. It made me close off in a way, like I was trying to protect myself.

It’s Luna’s second birthday next month and I feel like my heart is FINALLY letting me believe that she’s here to stay. My anxiety is dissipating and my nerves are starting to settle. We’ve become closer than ever, my mind has accepted she’s here to stay and it feels really fu***ng nice.

Can we talk about how awful it is when your children fall asleep mad at you? 😂🥹 Miss 4 year old was in a mood with me this afternoon (for not being tall enough btw like that is not my fault???) and even though I tried many times to turn it around, she went to sleep cross with me. Now I’m watching her sleep and feeling like I want to have a panic attack 😂😂😂 like please wake up and cuddle me. Can anyone else relate to this feeling!

So.. You’re gonna be mad at us.. BIG TIME. But this week we commenced TME’s two week mid-year break 🤍 Some much needed time for us to find our feet again in work/life balance and for us to soak in these special newborn days with Ziggy while he’s still so small. We will still be recording and uploading content for our socials, so you won’t miss us in that sense! Recording will resume Friday, August 25th. *trigger warning, medical procedure*

Surgery went well. He didn't get his full tonsils out just a "debulk" because they were HUGE and affected his breathing while he slept (never getting a sound night sleep) ((snores like his mum)) which doctor suggested it could explain the ‘meltdowns’ in the morning and in the afternoons🥹 they also removed adenoids and drained fluid from both his ears. They looked into his husky voice and he said he has "screamers nodgels" yeppppp sounds about right 😅❤️❤️❤️ but can't do anything about it (just needs to stop yelling/screaming 😂) which I'm happy about because his husky voice is my whole HEART.

Anyone else’s kids here had a similar procedure? Did you see a positive change in their demeanour? How was the recovery? ❤️

Hello it's us!
Been a few stressful days as Ziggy lost some weight. He's been falling asleep on b**b alot so pumping topping up making sure he finishes bottles is consuming us at the moment!🫶🏼🥹 Plus keeping up with the other beautiful two when they are home! I'm feeling a little like I'm just keeping my head above water at the moment but have comfort knowing these hard times will pass! Surrounded by so much love and support🙏🏻 sending love to this beautiful tme fam ###
