.paltauf was so kind and brought me copies of .punk ‘s and .snub ‘s new records when we did my very own drum samples the last two days.
As we called it a day during one of the tracking days of Dryba, we went home to hang out in my apartment. It was really snowy and we were still warmed up from the studio. As we entered the car there was immediate steam on the windows. In order of that, I rolled it down and it got stuck in the middle of the way. All the snow from outside came in and after ten minutes of freeze we finally could fix the window with a trash bag. That eventually got the cover art for that record and it makes it even cooler! On the back, that‘s the stairway of the house I‘m living in. So, a very special record to me with lots of good memories when I look at it.

First time recorded a piano. Got that slightly out of tune vibe, which fit perfectly what the idea to track was about. Two C414 XLS did their job pretty well on the strings. After a long time I‘ve use an iD14, which made some struggle in the beginning but turned out decent eventually. Might be drivers combined with my old Mac Book Pro from 2010. All in all it turned out great and the beers inbetween took us the whole day to track some minutes of material

I'm an active touring musician, too. I play drums for Implore, guitar for Six-Score and Gyfth. I also do vocals and play bass. I also did countless jobs as studio musician.
