NEW LIGHT TRAIL IN WARWICKSHIRE…OPENS TODAY!

We had the pleasure of being invited to Light Cycles last night to get a first look at their illuminated nature walk with five unique multi sensory experiences.

It was so lovely to wrap up warm and grab a mulled wine/hot chocolate and enjoy the peace and serenity of the light installations.
Food and drink available onsite.

At Stonebridge Golf Club, Somers Rd, Meriden, Coventry CV7 7PL from 15th November 2024, Thursday – Sunday, 5:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
The route takes about 45–60 minutes.
Suitable for all ages. Great for older children! Children under 4 don’t require a ticket.

Feeling grateful for the opportunity to introduce my daughter and my Mum to the ballet last night 🩰

The incredibly talented dancers and musicians from the Classical Ballet and Opera House gave a truly captivating performance of The Nutcracker ❤️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a great night at the Royal Shakespeare Company Press Night for their 2023 Christmas production - The Box of Delights.

A brilliantly crafted and beautifully acted adaptation of John Masefield’s 1930’s children’s novel of the same name.

The story follows orphaned schoolboy Kay Harker, who gets caught up in a battle between two powerful magicians. After a seemingly chance encounter on a train, Kay finds himself to be the guardian of a small wooden box with powers beyond his wildest dreams. With his friends, Peter and Maria, Kay fights to save not just the people he loves but also the future of Christmas itself.

Such clever staging and set changes which were executed seamlessly and really added to the nostalgic feel of the show. There was something magical about being seated in the round and being so close to the stage in a venue steeped in history. It really draws you in!

An enchanting alternative to panto this Christmas, highly recommended for families with older children (we would say 10+ to really understand the story and the language used in the narrative)
