Present Continuous Tense is used to describe an action that is occurring exactly at the time of speaking. It is called continuous(progressive) tenses.

Structure ( subject +Be+Ing form)

Eg.: I am drinking water.
It means that the action (drinking water) is being done exactly at this time of the speaking.

Eg.: I am not studying English language
You are not teaching me
Where are you going?
I am going to the hospital tonight
Why Are you eating my bread?
she is dating with my boyfriend

👉 CALL IT A DAY: é uma expresão idiomática com o uso frequente adequado a um contexto informal.

O indivíduo não falante nato do Inglês pode cair no erro ao tentar traduzur as palavras que compõem esta expressão
(chamar isso um dia)

A expressão 👉CALL IT A DAY é frequentemente usado no sentido de que devemos deixar de fazer algo=(Chega por hojé/por hoje é tudo...)

Exemplos:

👉Time is over, let's
CALL IT A DAY=O tempo esgotou, vamos ficar por aqui)

👉It's late! Why don't we CALL IT A DAY and finish tomorrow? = Está tarde! por que não chega por hoje e terminarmos amanhã?

👉 IT A DAY # também pode ser usado num contexto em que alguém deixou de fazer uma atividade durante um período determinado de tempo

SUMMARY👉"Get used to"

can be used in all tenses. It is the sister phrase of "be used to," but it focuses on the process of becoming familiar with, comfortable with, and accustomed to something.

For example: "We're getting used to living together."

This means my roommate and I are learning how to live together. We are still becoming comfortable with our living arrangement.
