In addition to buisness management studies, he has also studied saxophone for several years. In the following years the desire for music made him take up as a DJ in Greek pubs and this increased his passion for music until he studied for music producer, sound engineer, composition. Now he counts many productions that are his but also collaborations with famous singers in Albania

n the Kënga Magjike festival with the Artist Gerta Mahmutaj with the song himself who is the producer of the song Where he also won the Best Dance award. In 2017 John Van Ride produced 2 new songs and 2 remixes. His second remix Vallja e Tropojës published (February 1 2017) which is another folk song which originate from Malësia e Gjakovës. His second production with Gerta Mahmutaj"Për ty" published (May 11 2017).Then he published his third remix from American Rock Band Thirty Seconds To Mars - Kings and Queens. After that he produced another song "Si N'fillim" for Kënga magjike Festival(2017) with the singer Albina Kelmendi. In 4 july 2018 he produced the third song with Gerta Mahmutaj named "Ku ma ke" . In 2019 John Van Ride produced another song with Gerta Mahmutaj-"Kush Je Ti". In 3 April 2019 he produced another remix Sia -Elastic Heart . And the last remix he did in 8 October 2019 is Eli Fara - "Sonata" . In 21 February 2020 he produced the song "VETEN DUA GJALLË" with the Well-Known Singer Aurela Gace. 7 July 2020 John Van Ride produced another song with Gerta Mahmutaj- "HANA" . In 15 September 2020 he produced a song with the singer Klejti Mahmutaj- "My Babe" . In November 26 2021 he produced the song- "It's My Life" Hip-Hop genre with the rapper Xenex. In 2021 John Van Ride released his solo album, "My Feelings" which includes the songs:
