Addressing Public Transport Challenges in Lezha Municipality!
"Citizens enjoy the right to a transport network that is safe, punctual and accessible to all, enabling them to pursue their aspirations without hindrance. While budget constraints have delayed the implementation of such a system until 2025, according to the medium-term budget plan of Lezhë Municipality, its citizens remain hopeful that their voice will be heard, paving the way for a future where public transport is a basic right and not a deficiency in their lives."
