NEDA Telecommunications was established in May 2003 as the first licensed ISP in Afghanistan.

Starting with dial up and moving swiftly into wireless broadband services NEDA quickly established itself as the leading ISP and WISP in Afghanistan. We have 3 World Class satellite earth station facilities in Kabul, Jalalabad and Mazar-i-Sharif connected to one of the world's most modern and well developed satellite platforms. llites and 24 hour manned support from the hub in Cologne, Germany we have SCPC/DVB and SCPC/SCPC backbone connections which we have complete confidence in. Our backbone is totally secure unlike TDMA services and other VSAT services which cannot guarantee CIR/Dedicated bandwidth services.
