ثبات هغه وخت ډير سخت وي چي هيڅوک درته چکچکې نه وي‌. په هغه وختونو کي بايد ځان‌ ته په خپله چکچکې ووهې.تاسو بايد تل د خپل ځان لوي مينوال واوسئ.
