A day which the windows open,
And the swallows are released,
A day when equality is like rain and sun for everyone,
And the day when the historical suffering of Afghan women ends and the day when the world hears against tyranny; that day is the day of women and the day of human and humanity.

We call for a world free of discrimination, bigotry and violence.

We’re counting the days for the new call for entries of the new edition of the festival (7th HIWFF).

Herat International Women's Film Festival is a dedication to the women of Afghanistan, who are a symbol of wisdom, courage and endurance.

روزی که چون باران و خورشید برابری برای همه باشد…

روزی که رنج تاریخی زن افغانستان پایان یابد و روزیکه جهان در برابر بیداد گوش شنوایی پیدا کند؛ آن روز، روز زن است و روز انسان و انسانیت.

برای جهانی بدون تبعیض و تعصب و خشونت و برای جهانی برابر صدا می شویم.
قدرت این صدا در پیام های تاثیر گزار فیلم های جشنواره جهانی فیلم زنان هرات همواره وجود داشته است و این راه را
ادامه می دهیم،
