Why Do I Think I’m Unlovable?

We’ll need you to start with three deep inhales and exhales, affirming grace during this tough topic.

We learn about love in infancy, as our core needs are either met or unmet. As we grow older, we build trust, love, and companionship.

We can also learn distrust, manipulation, and independence.

The feeling of “No one will ever love me” is rooted in your mental, psychological, and emotional past. It’s haunting you today.

We don’t think you’re worthy of love because of low-self esteem, depression, or anxiety.

We have tried falling in love and have been deeply hurt, creating internal boundaries that could be rooted in your subconscious or so known the loneliness is palpable.

We set unrealistic expectations of love and discard anything that doesn’t meet our imagined standards.

We think we’re looking for love, but we’re really looking for validation or companionship.

Life is so full of unpredictable beauty and brilliant surprises. And sometimes the sudden, unexpected arrival of this beauty is almost too much to handle. Do you know that feeling? When something is just too beautiful? When someone randomly says something or writes something or plays some melody that moves you to the point of tears. Do you really want to miss out on that feeling for the rest of your life? No? Then it’s time to let go of the constant rumination, and pay closer attention to the life you’re actually living today.

Life will always give you circumstances that will make or break you depending on your choices. Choose wisely I'll advise. Don't always be in a haste to choose, reflect and listen to your spirit man before taking that action. Release yourself from that toxic relationship, embrace happiness and let go of the pains. The beauty of a thing lies in its sight. So is the sight of SINGLE AND MINGLE DAVID'S HOUSE (LEKKI), it is a relationship hub in its kind and measures.

This is to say that, the group is paddled by the hearty basis and functionality of the plain. In the past and into the present, there has been relatively an increase in devorve and marriral mismatched alongside mismanagements among couples. The birthing of SINGLE AND MINGLE DAVID'S HOUSE LEKKI came as a rescuing boat.

So, it chose December 7, 2022, as a day out of the many to establish some needed solution to marital brain-drain for the would-be husbands and wives in and out of Nigeria.

I bet you won't want to miss this yearly held program this time. Come and listen to some relationship experts as each takes us through the causes and solutions to the many relationships issues, which have eaten deep into the fabric of many marriages. The date is mentioned above. December 7 will remain indelible in the hearts of many who will attend.

Please let all look into this . My husband came to my office unannounced today , asking me to tell my Secretary not to allow anyone in from 1:30pm to 2:30 pm .
I thought he wanted to talk about something important, but no, he wanted s*x.
I told him it was working hours and that, I couldn't.
He got pi**ed and tried forcing himself on me . I screamed for help.
I give him s*x at home when he wanted it , we don't have any real s*x issues pending . So I don't know what exactly came over him today .
When help finally entered my office, he was naked . He got dressed in Their presence and then removed his wedding ring and threw it on the floor .
He's not home yet. He has not called me since this afternoon . What do I do or say to him when he returns home?"
