It’s been a quiet season on our end — not because we had nothing to say, but because we were waiting for the right moment to speak through the music again. And that moment has arrived.

We’re proud to announce that this Friday, 27 June, we return with a brand new EP from our very own founder and creative force, Erwin Ewing. Titled Temple of Echoes, this project is more than just a release — it’s a spiritual return to form, a deep dive into memory, rhythm, and mood.

Purple’s signature approach is on full display here: warm, analog textures, hypnotic grooves, and a sense of space that lets each element breathe. Temple of Echoes is immersive, introspective, and rooted in deep house tradition while carving out its own identity. It’s music that doesn’t chase trends — it builds temples of sound, echoing long after the last beat fades.

This EP is also deeply personal — a sonic offering from the artist who laid the foundation for Bush Doctor Recordings. In many ways, it reflects the soul of the label: grounded, evolving, and always intentional.
