*LETTER FROM RAGP CEO*

First of all I want to sincerely appreciate all of you for your patience, understanding and the courage to stay with us at this building time of our business. Many of you called me personally, many sent me private messages and some aired their views, suggestions and concerns on our Top leaders group chat. I read them all and I must say that I am deeply touched by your show of Love and your earnest and sincere desire to see our dear company back on it's good old days.

Let me take out some time at this point to comment on some of these issues you raised and possibly give you an insight into the ongoing process of not just going back to where we were but setting the pace for the multi level marketing industry in Nigeria and parts of Africa.

Top on this list is service fluctuation: This is indeed saddening to us as a company as it is to you. Reason because this is one of the major source of income for the company. The overall marketing plan as you know is designed to give back almost every dime on registration fees to distributors and we're not regretting that. So therefore, it's only when partners purchases any product from the platform that the company makes its own money.
So why is this vital part of the business suffering setback? Well as one of our directors rightly pointed out on our last meeting, there have been a lot of policy changes in recent times from the government, to the telecom service providers and down to our major partners. Some of this policies has become so adverse that if we didn't take the steps we've taken now was capable of wrecking our boat. As a result of this step taken, these policies has turned to become a blessing in disguise as we've not only taken steps to forestall future occurances but have positioned ourselves to becoming one of the big players in the future. As I have always said, this is the best time for our business technically and all of you will agree with me as the event unfold.

On inventive payment: It is just worthy for me to point out once again that no one who qualified for any incentive will go without being paid. The delay is as a result of the work but be rest assured that payment will start rolling sooner than later. As you already know this only affects "INCENTIVE PAYMENT" and not commissions from your daily business building efforts.

On customer service: We are retraining our staff to keep up with the times and we have also dismissed some who didn't show the willingness to change.

On communication: Well I believe we've solved that problem with our monthly zoom meeting initiated in April this year. But when there is need to pass any urgent information to you we will do so by summoning an emergency zoom meeting to that effect.

On a lighter note: I also read some of your messages suggesting that my hands are tired or that my efforts are being sabotaged as the CEO. Well I don't think you need a soothsayer to tell you that such claims are false. Recharge and get paid LTD is a company with board of directors some of which you already know. We meet almost on a daily basis to discuss the progress of the company, in such meetings every director has a say and the best suggestions have always been taken into consideration. And we thank God for giving our company the best set of people to work with.

Finally, I want to commend all of you once again for taking the pains of holding the lines for our dear company, we see all your efforts as shown in several seminars being held as well as the outreaches across the entire country. Keep up the good work, your efforts are recognized and will never be in vain.

Moral of the story: Attitude. It's never too late to start all over.
