Do not wish that the sea was smoother, wish that you are a better sailor.

20 lang ang students namin ng batch 1.
We did it all at first sa bahay lang.

Kaya Nga “house creatives” kasi literal na sa house lang ang headquarters namin.

We are teaching people how to create content that converts.

And the picture above was the first batch.

Honestly, going back at it now.

We really did not have a solid plan when we started. Pero…

We did not over think.

We just execute.

We didnt wait for things to be perfect, we just took action.

Seeing how it grew 2 years after.

Being able to have more than 1 thousand students, i am overwhelmed and filled with joy.

Ito pala ang katas pag hindi ka sumuko.

Sa totoo lang, there is never a perfect plan. Never a fail proof idea.

Lahat may risk, kung pangarap mo mataas, madalas nakakatakot.

and honestly, if you are scared it means you have the right dream.

that makes it more worth it when achieved.

Reflecting on this picture, heres what i have learned:

1. Ideas are sh*t without ex*****on.

It’s easy to talk big but many falters when it is the day to execute.

A lot of us has dreams..

But only a few wake up and make them come true.

2. If your process is your prize, you have won.

Sa totoo lang, the real hack to success is to outwork everyone in your field.

Kung pagod ka sa ginagawa mo, baka kasi masyado kang fixated sa destination, hindi sa journey.

Find a field you love so much that while others feel like they’re working, you feel like you’re just playing.

Yung journey mismo ang prize mo. If you find that, then you’ve won!

3. Every Dream Needs a Team.

Maraming gustong maging successful, pero ayaw magtiwala. Kaya kahit gaano sila kagaling, hindi lumalaki ang resulta.

Remember, The tallest building in the world wasn’t built by one man.

Sa mga taong nahihirapan at may mataas din na pangarap, know that the journey will be hard and you should be glad that it is.

Kasi..

The harder the battle, the sweeter the victory.

The strongest waves create the best sailors.

Just enjoy the sail my friends.

When the Eiffel Tower was being built in 1887, the Parisians hated it.

Writers, artists, and intellectuals called it an

“eyesore”

a “monstrosity.”

But Gustave Eiffel (The Guy Who Proposed to build the tower) didn’t argue.

He didn’t beg for approval.
