BULANGLANG
Ang ginamit ko dito ay yung balot-balot na gulay na nabibili sa palengke. Pwede rin magdagdag ng iba pang gulay or dahon depende sa availability. Kayo na mag-adjust 😃

INGREDIENTS:
2 to 3 packs Ginayat na mga gulay (Mixed ng kalabasa, sitaw, okra, at buto ng paayap, kadios, etc.)
1 liter water (hugas bigas)
1 onion
1 thumb ginger
2 medium tomatoes
1 beef or pork broth cube
patis or asin to taste

PROCEDURE:
1. Sa kaserola, mix ang tubig, tomatoes, ginger, onion at beef / pork cube. Lutuin hanggang sa kumulo.

2. Pag kumukulo na, ilagay na ang mixed gulay. Lutuin hanggang sa medyo lumambot ang gulay. Timplahan ng patis.
