Avoid Royal Migration or RMS which is located in Clover Bay Dubai when choosing Migration Services Provider. From my own experience, never trust them. You will lose money and time.

If you are looking for immigration consultant, please please please don't fall with ROYAL MIGRATION SOLUTION located in Dubai. If you think I am doing this to destroy the reputation of this company, No, I am doing this because I don't want you to be a victim like me. My case number is 70833 , after 5 years of waiting, they just cancelled my file and didn't return back my money. Here are my contract with them, and their trade license.

My case number in Royal Migration is 70833 I'm pleased to know that someone from this company notice my noise in social media. I wish to warn everyone especially Filipinos...do not risk with this company. You will lose your money. LOOK at me, after 5 years, they just cancelled my file and they didn't return even portion of my money.

Royal Migration whatsapp number. They won't reply to you unless you are paying them, the only time they replied to me is when I told them I need to send the payment in 2017. I already changed my number, so I can't make a screen shot. Now I'm complaining they don't even say hi.

If you are planning to work in Canada, Australia, Denmark, Europe or anywhere in the world, do not take a risk with Royal Migration in Dubai. I was once told but I ignored it. Now after 5 years of waiting, they just closed my file, didn't return my money and blocked me.

You can search the customer's feedback online. At the end it's your money and it's your time.

A public post for everyone to share❗️❗️❗️

My name is Fannie I., I am a client of Royal Migration since 2017, my case number is 70833 ( this is the number they gave me for my visa application. )

I worked in UAE for 15 years in the Government Sector named Emirates Driving Company.

In 2017, I decided to travel to Canada and I looked for an Immigration company to help me process my papers.

I found Royal Migration Solution which is located in Clover Bay Tower, Dubai.
I paid 8000 dhs in full and they promised me that it would take only 8 months to process my visa.

Since then I followed up by e-mails alone with 5 processing officers who replaced one another during those years;

In July 2022, I noticed that the last processing officer was not giving me monthly updates. So, I asked to be connected to a manager to ask my concerns.

She then replied by email and asked me again the documents which I had already submitted to the previous officers, although out of confusion I resent to her my documents and I told her that was the 3rd time.

On August 3, 2022, she said there were changes with the previous documents, she was asking new documents which the previous officers said they won'tbe necessary Those documents were not meant for working visa and would take me days to complete because I had to request them from my previous company and the bank.

In August 10, she notify me that it was my last day to submit the papers and she said she would cancel my file. I was surprised for a very short notice.
I emailed her that evening with my old documents and put some notes that the pay slips I already submitted were already official and were stamped and sealed by our company before they distributed to us. At the same time, she asked me documents which my previous processing officers said unnecessary. So I didn't process them.

The next day, she sent me an email that they already cancelled my file.

I was so upset, imagine the 5 years journey and the money I paid. For such people they could be nothing but for those like us who are looking forward and failed is a big frustration. What kind of people are you?

I asked my sister in Dubai to contact the Royal Migration Office and someone told her that file cancelation has 30 days notice period but mine was just 1 day. He promised too that he would contact me to clarify everything. But no one contacted me until now. I sent them several emails and whatsapp messages but they didn't reply. They blocked me from their page so I can't comment to their posts.

So I'm calling the attention of legal authorities in Dubai U.A.E please investigate this company I know I am not alone, several people like me experienced this tragedy with Royal Migration. Please shut this company down to stop them from fooling people. They've been collecting money since long time and operating haram.
