Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has inaugurated a vital new bridge linking Hessa Street to Al Khail Road, marking a significant milestone in the city's infrastructure development.
The 1,000-meter-long bridge is a crucial component of a broader initiative to upgrade four major intersections along Hessa Street. This project aims to streamline traffic flow and improve connectivity between key areas of the city.
The new bridge dramatically reduces travel time between Hessa Street and Al Khail Road from 15 minutes to just 3 minutes. It also increases road capacity, accommodating the growing demands of residential areas expected to house more than 640,000 residents by 2030.
