When working abroad whether you are in the US, UK or the EU, have this at the back of your mind. The only place you can call home is Africa as a black person.
I have had the opportunity to work with Chinese, British and Germans and I found one thing peculiar about them; they are focus about building wealth and exporting to their various countries to benefit their people however, I found this different with Africans they never want to return especially those brainwashed to think every Western is the best.
I urge any young man abroad to engage in land banking because while we leave the shores of the continent for what we believe are better opportunities, the Chinese and others troop in numbers.
The earlier you think 15 years ahead of your present, the better for you. If not, we will one day become tenants in our own land. We are only tolerated abroad as a race and can never be celebrated irrespective of how powerful our passport are.

I grew up watching and playing local football as an African kid and my passion and love for the game is insatiable.
Growing up, we watched great European nations play during international games and asked the question. When will Africa be at this level where the world's million eyeballs will be glued and focused on us.
Africa as you know is the most underrated continent in the in the field of football despite producing indisputable world class player's such as Samuel Eto'o, Didier Drogba, Yaya Toure, Jay Jay Okocha etc. Its sad but it's the reality that is why you would hear Aurelio De Laurentiis Napolis president openly say he wont sign African players who will represent their national colours for AFCON .
This speakes volume of the perception of Europeans on Africa football. I can therefore conclude that Europe isn't happy with African progress in the present on going world cup.
In an interview yesterday, these were the words of Moroccan coach “What matters to me today is that Africa wins! Today there are many, especially European journalists who have criticized our game, I think it annoys them to see an African team playing today like a European team... We want to win! We want to win for Africa, for developing countries in football. Let them learn that today we can win with a minimum because it's football. There's only one way to play. I think we had 0.001% to win the competition, but we went up or not?? I think we're at 0.003% now. But we will try to make this statistic lie. Maybe tomorrow I'll pass for a C-O-N, we'll say he talked too much.>>
I admire Lionel Messi so much, Iike wise Frances' Mbape however, my love for the rise of an underrated African team is above that admiration.
